An exciting announcement is on the horizon regarding the successful acquisition of a significant development site in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This milestone follows 12 months of dedicated work, involving close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and real estate agents to secure nine individual land parcels consolidated into a single holding, successfully completed in April 2025.

The project now moves into the planning phase, where we will be working alongside a leading team of architects and urban planners to shape the next chapter for this landmark site. A first look at the vision for the development will be released in due course.
